CHICKEN POT PIE
List of Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups flour
3/4 cup chilled, chopped butter
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Filling:
4 1/2 cups turkey gravy
1 cup diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup cooked diced carrots
1/2 cup cooked diced celery
1/2 cup cooked diced potatoes
1/2 cup cooked peas
Instructions
1. Crust: Cut flour and butter together. Add remaining items and chill at least
1 hour.
2. Filling: Combine ingredients and pour into an oven-proof, 8-inch bowl. Roll out crust to cover bowl and trim excess.
3. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
