COLE SLAW DRESSING
This is my Grandmother's recipe for coleslaw dressing. This is a great dressing recipe and can be used with the already prepared cabbage/slaw mix!
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbs. lemon juice
2 Tbs. vinegar
2 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Shred 2 cups of cabbage; grate 1 cup of carrots, Combine with dressing and mix well. If you have a kitchen mixer, you could use it on the low setting to mix.
May also be doubled or tripled and also can use reduced fat sour cream without any major changes in taste! Enjoy!
