FRENCH MEAT PIE
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. sage
Crusts for a 2 crusted pie
Combine pork, beef, onion and spices in large heavy skillet. Bring to boil,
lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes. This makes 1 pie. Bake at 450 degrees
for 15 minutes. Then lower heat to 350 degrees and bake another 30-35 minutes
until golden brown
