2 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
2 packages frozen French-cut string beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup (type of your choice)
1/2 can milk or 3/4 can half and half
Durkee's Onion Rings
Salt and Pepper

Defrost string beans until well drained. Place in large bowl. Mix the can of cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 can milk or half and half. Add to string beans and mix well. Place in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Spread a full layer of the onion rings over top and place back in oven for an additional 5 minutes. You may brown onion rings by turning on broiler.
